Changes to delve after last night's patch

Cart will not slow down when you fall behind. It use to b4 patch.

What changed to mob levels / difficulty. At 217 was clearing easily and after patch struggled with same content at same level.

Are you aware of the delve mods? They keep changing

Yes very aware of the mods. I rechecked and same area and zone and level. I was finishing a vaal side are split between pre patch and after and noticed a significant difference. That combined with the fact that the crawler does not slow down if you fall behind made me think other changes happen with patch.
