Makes it more likely you'll roll better tier mods, so say instead of cruel on a weapon you are more likely to roll tyrannical.

Secondly it makes the rolls between those values lucky, so it rolls twice then takes the best result.

Note all the times i've used this so far its had no discernible impact my item has been utter trash, there is a very funny mathil clip where hes rolling a bone helm i think with a sanctified fossil and it gets just the worst rolls possible. I laughed for a very long time so maybe karma is getting me.

tvym for your answer dude. got another question, with hollow fossils i can roll abyss socket. will the socket stay on item when i scour it like lab enchant? greetings
