(Help!) [3.4] RF Ocultist regen problem?

So, im doing a rf ocultist and i have a few problems with may ES regen, PoB says that i have negative regen and i dont know how i can improve it(id tried others skills trees but all of the was bs)

I didnt reach even act 8 yet so i didnt tried this build in game so far, but i dont like to see that negative regen, so i wanna find a way to solve it.
I know that if im on consecrate ground i can easy sustain my ES regen (something like 240ES/s i think) and i know that if i kill mobs i can reach a 30% ES regen per sec, but i think what happen when i gonna fight vs bosses, What if i dont have mor mobs to kill? what if i drink all my consecrate groun pot?

So yeah, if you guys can give me a tip/solution/your build its actually bs, ill be gratefull.

P.S: I have all those unique and similar rare items, with almost the same or better ES.

If you are new to righteous fire occultist is probably the worst to start off with. A life based juggernaut will be easier.

The PoB you posted has positive ES regen though?
