Subterranean Chart and The Sewers Bug

I used the Waypoint from The Sewers (Act 3) to get to The Mine Encampment. After i was done delving i used the Subterranean Chart's option to get back to the Sewers but it got me teleported to behind the Undying Blockage. I used a Scroll to get back to Sarn and back at The Sewers i tried to replicate the bug. I used the waypoint from the sewers to the Mine Encampment and then The Subterranean Chart back. The same thing happened, it got me behind the Undying Blockage.
