Edit: Made some good changes thanks to getting some really lucky drops and now it actually looks very good. Still a long way to go but I can definitely see some major DPS improvements!

Get more jewels.
Both Ghastly Eye jewels with preferably +6% attack/cast speed and + phys/chaos damage. Also look for Cobalt jewels with +14-16% minion damage.
And btw: HoAg scales really well with levels. Get that sucker to lvl 20 at least. Throw an empower +3/4 as well. Once you 6l and once your other supp gems get lvled up you will start feeling the clear speed and dmg go up significantly.

Hi guys just a quick question regarding the Circle of Nostalgia rings.
If i use a ring with increased chaos damage while affected by HOA is gives a significant damage boost on my HO dps over using a ring with Agony crawler deals #% increased damage.
So what ring should i use? inc damage or inc chaos damage?

increased chaos damage while affected by HOA - Only increases the damage you deal with your own active skills, which is close to nothing with this build.

Agony crawler deals #% increased damage - Increases the damage that the agony crawler does. This is the one you want as the crawler is what is dealing all the damage.

can anyone give me pob for 3.9

I've taken a stab at trying to update the budget build for 3.9

The recommended tree ports from 3.8 to 3.9 with no issues in PoB.

Based on that I made some small modifications to the budget 3.9 PoB after porting it automatically to 3.9.

Most notably, I added (back) links to Spiritual Command, some extra stat nodes, and added a completely new set of links to Gravepact to make up for some missing minion damage compared to the 3.6 build.

Start a similar build on the 3.11
A great league starter,a bit slow, but sooo tanky.

Level 88 now, sometimes i take a hk from some random boss, still trying to figure out what is happening.
