Installer Suspicious File - Panda Dome Antivirus

As listed, my up to date AV detected the installer as suspicious, i allowed it, then it had a complain about it when unzipped - i went and had a look in the folder from appdata/local/temp and there is a sub 1mb file in there, titled the same as the installer, and interestingly, if i copy that to desktop and run it, it offer to install the game - what is the other 11mb in the original provided by the big green download now button?

is this a very elaborate false positive, or is there something funky with your installer?
