Random freezes, every 10 - 30 seconds.

Ive been getting random freezes every 10-30 seconds, sometimes they appear as large lag spikes on my latency, sometimes they do not, my winMTR is showing some packet loss, but i am not sure if it is normal or not. Would appreciate any help :)

Is anyone else experiencing this? I would feel better knowing its not my gfx card or something... everything is pretty new

ty for the response, glad im not alone, sucks that its happening though, have lost a couple decent delves to a hard freeze, :( aside from that though im lovin the league.

Yes I've been having the exact same issue and it is absolutely infuriating. Doing any kind of non-trivial content is impossible at the moment and to be honest the game is not fun at all now as a result.
Getting constant freezes anywhere from 1 to 2 seconds(sometimes longer) every 10-30 seconds. Same thing, except the computer also makes a noise like I disconnected the mouse or something.
