Best class/build for solo play?

Hiero arc totems.

I did arc totems last league and they came through remarkedly un-changed by this patch. Very powerful. Very easy to play. No targeting needed. Just plop totems down and avoid damage. You don't do some map mods like elemental reflect or no mana regen. But they should do well enough in Delve.
