Lootbox encounter in Delve doesn't unlock chests on completion, crawler unclickable

As the title says. It was a lootbox encounter, close to starting point, with spectral bears. They stopped coming, but the lootboxes didn't become unlocked and not only that but the crawler became unclickable.

EDIT: It's even worse. I relogged and saw that the encounter is not marked on the subterranean map as a place I've visited before.

So I went there again; tried going and doing the same encnounter and guess what, after defeating the boss same thing happen AGAIN! This encounter is uncompletable and I - at the moment - am blocked from completing the bugged node and progressing through it.

I'll have to path around just because of this bug.

See the invincible skeleton beast boss just chilling there immune and unselectable after its HP bar has gone down to 0? It just stands and slowly breathes.

Can only view this map after relogging because crawler can't be accessed from the bugged node when the bug occurs.

I went down instead to the weapons encounter and guess what.



Same boss, same bug, am prevented from ever venturing past these two points until the bug is fixed.
