i've been using it, just level it to what you're comfortable with. can max the other spells it supports, unlike cwdt.

This looks like a great build. I see you say Wait for new rework?! :D

What are some things you see that you are going to change?

I would like to start this build, it will change a lot with the 3.5 rework?

Well they changed cold passives nodes added two cold gems Winter Orb channeling and Bonechill support gem. They also reworked Ice spear.
Then there's the new items including the league focus skill.

This means passive skill picks need tweaking and we need to work out if we should be using Winter Orb, Bone Chill instead of any of our current gems.
