Right Trigger and Right Bumper not working in Game

I've been unable to use the RT or RB in game since the Delve update. I've searched the forums, but cannot find any information on this aside from turning off hair trigger if you're using an elite controller. I am using the standard XBox1 controller with no hair trigger options anywhere to turn off. The bumper and trigger work perfectly outside of the game, or even in the game menu, just not when playing.
As of now, I cannot access any Acts outside of act 1, cannot zoom in on the skill tree, cannot use 2nd bank of skill/spells. I was able to use RT/RB prior to the Delve patch. Has anyone had similar issues and if so a fix? I've gone through all in game settings and xbox settings and see nothing that would affect trigger or bumper function. Still wondering about this. The RT works in all other games. I am not using an elite controller, so have no hair trigger option to disable. LT works just fine.

Have you tried different characters? This isn't something I'm able to reproduce, nor have I heard of other users having this issue. Do you have another controller that you can try using? | |

Hey sorry - did not notice you responded to this (and so promptly!). We do not have another controller to test out unfortunately, but we did first test it on other games to ensure it wasn't a mechanical issue.
Doesn't seem like anyone else is having this problem though, so let's blame Microsoft and play on PC. Thank you! |
