I also had double prefixes with 1 suffix. What I did was double annul, which I luckily hit the two that were not vicious. This allowed me to continue as described in the guide. However, there might be a better way to do it that does not require two lucky rolls. If it was the vicious projectiles prefix + 2 suffixes, you could directly add cannot roll attack mods and then exalt for the guaranteed +1 to gems, then change it to prefixes can not be changed and scour. The best I can think of with 2 prefix 1 suffix is to try to annul the bad prefix (added physical damage), which if hit, would allow you to put cannot roll attack mod. This would leave you with 1 prefix and 2 suffix. You can then exalt to try to immediately get +1. if not, you can use another exalt (since you have 1 prefix 3 suffix now) to get the guaranteed +1. Then, you continue similar to the 1 prefix 2 suffix by doing prefixes can not be changed then scouring and multicrafting. However, if you hit the suffix with the annul and have 2 prefixes, I guess just annul and hope for the 50/50.

Build isnt fully right in Pastebin since.. Master Fletcher isnt in the game anymore next to the Avatar of the Hunt. So thats a spare point to use.

EDIT: Maby been pointed out, but after converting it to the proper one it is quite different from what it was. With Heavy Draw move etc.
