Poe focusing on multiplayer yet?

Came back from a long break hoping delve would encourage people to play together.

Is this the case? Is party play pushing the limits of the mines?

If the leaderboards are full of people soloing the highest content I probably won't bother investing a bunch of time into this again. I would very much like to see people working together to push content.
