Stone Hammer/Rock Breaker/Gavel drops disabled?

There are three certain one-handed mace base types that I don't think I have seen drop at normal rarity at all this league. Normally I have several full stash tabs by the time I start mapping but this league I have only seen one drop at rare rarity. My first guess would be that it was missed by my loot filter, but I have been occasionally double-checking large loot piles (delve route completion, strongboxes, etc.) and even then I can't find a single one of these base types.

I'm using Neversink's soft slick which I believe a lot of people use with no reported issues. Looking at the filter it looks like the bases should show, and, as I mentioned before, I have been periodically checking large drops manually with no success at finding these bases at normal rarity (although I have now found one at magic rarity and one at rare rarity)
