Delve: Ruined Chamber (Vaal Outpost) - Stairs don't activate

This is the 2nd time I've attempted to unlock a Vaal outpost and had the stairs light up but not activate (could not enter). Standing here looking at red lights but nothing to click to enter.

Basically an almost completely worth Delve attempt as the only thing I noticed was some junk loot pop out when I clicked the object to activate the stairs.

I've had the same issue, it's quite annoying doing all the work for nothing.

Same for me, 3rd time today it doesn't activate.

If it helps, this mostly happened if i tried to do 2 outposts in a row.
