Connection Issues while attempting to log in / play.

Hey Technical Thread browsers... I am having an issue when attempting to play this game (for the past month) that has gotten considerably worse recently.

I've run some of the ping / pack tracking apps that had been requested in other posts of this forum in the hopes that it can help shine some light on the issues i am encountering.

This is after a router reset, prior to the reset there was a 0% packet loss on the home portal, and any loss at that point was only initally after the reset and has since lowered as the data has been tracked.

From what is shown here is the cause due to my ISP?
Is there something going on in my data files or my router that i need to fix?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as this is making playing this game next to impossible, which is severely buming me out.

Could you please provide a more detailed description of the issue you're having?

Across both the thread title and opening post you refer to "connection issues" but you haven't specified which kind. Disconnections? Latency ("lag") spikes? Consistent, but high ping?

I'm not seeing any clear signs of an issue on the WinMTR log. There's ways of trying to get more information, but before deciding on one it would help to know what it is we're looking for.

When I go to log into the game it will think for a time before sending me back to either the select a character screen or to the initial log in screen.

When I do get into the game it will run decently in zones, every now and then there is lag when I attempt to pick up items or a delay when I move around the screen. There is a chance when I move from one zone into another that I get DC'd and kicked back to the initial log in screen.

Do you need additional information?
