So does that mean there are helmets with 135 life possible to get as part of the loot system ?

Since "total X" on an item can come from either one affix, or a combination of affixes - I'd say yes.

But keep in mind a regular rare can have 6 affixes total (3 prefixes and 3 suffixes), so tier 1 life has lower potential total than a tier 2 + hybrid, but it leaves 5 open spots for other useful stuff.

132 I think is max on a helmet (99 from straight life, 33 from hybrid)

The armour total is coming from a tier 3 "Naga's" hybrid, and tier 8 "Infixed".

as you can see the result is not always a good item :)

Theres a max life helmet (if I divined it) it has 2 mods for life, Virile which rolls 90-99 life and a hybrid roll for (43-95 armour + 29-33 life).
