Login error: The operation timed out (Sao Paulo gateway)

Sao Paulo realm is out of service. I've tested Texas and it's ok:

Yeah. Very serious login problems, and when you log in, you have problems entering certain instances, hideout, and so on. Now it's like this, every week of new league start the server goes into space and starts to give problems.

Yup. And if you log in you get several errors like disconnections from specific servers (I got disconnected from Achievements server before be kicked out doe Abnormal disconnection).
