Alira is missing

I was in party with my friend, i wanted to kill alira and he wanted to help her so i left the party, he spoke with her, she told him to bring her the apex, then i came and killed her. His mission is still up but Alira just isn't there.

The new problem is that we went further and its all dark cause of quest and he cannot do the quest since he cant get apex, will alira be in this area even tho its dark?
