Game server lost contact with the realm.

Hi there.

Since 17:41hs UTC, I'm being disconnected and get the message "Game server lost contact with the realm."

I'm not having flatlines, spikes, packet loss or something weird going on with the connection. It just happens suddenly. Also, sometimes it takes a lot of time to create new a instance.

I'm connected to Sao Paulo realm.




By now, it happened 4 times since the first one today.

It's time to avoid lab, to trade, and sort tabs :)

I know that. I've made this thread because I would like to know if they are aware of such loss of connection, and if that is into their scope or if it is outside their range (GGG or Softlayer, w/e).

Nothing you can do about it? Not sure. I'm not here claiming maps or items back, I'm here just to let they know that something is going on (this is not the only one thread today about this). I would appreciate a lot if I got an answer like "Our DC has reported some unstable connection between Texas and Sao Paulo due to a damaged fiber (it was bitten by a mosquito). It should be fixed in 48hs" or "Power outages near the Sao Paulo/Texas DC location produced this. Nothing we can do about that, sorry".
