200 latency, No spike! Please help me with the WinMTR (Singapore server)

Hi all,
I've suffer this latency issue for weeks and now i have enough of it.
~200ms (singapore gateway) with no spike at all time, i can still barely play with the some delay.

Sometime, portal back to HO make the latency back to normal (50-80 ms) like everything was fixed but right after i go into a Map or different location the latency back to 200 again.

Please help me put an end to this. Thank you

Here is my WinMTR while in game:

That is because for some reason your connection is routed to Amsterdam, France, Paris on it's way back to SG.

Are you joining people party when you play? (when you do you join their instance on their gateway unless you are the one creating and entering the instance first)

We should be able to have this fixed - I'll raise it without network provider now.

It's typical for softlayer for 2 years now. Problems with Europe routed to USA and back happens every 6 month or so.
It looks like the problem is being caused by a third party provider that is not accepting the advertised routes from softlayer routers closer to the DC. They are attempting to reach out to them.

Routing to SNG from Vietnam is routing through AMS, which is longer path. It seems that your network provider is sourcing the SoftLayre routes through AMS, instead of HKG.

Please be advised that this is outside of IBM cloud and internet service provider may have their own policies to accept routes . I will reach out to them to accept routes from HKG.

We are advertising routes to HGC (as below).

ggosain@bbr01.pn01.hkg01-re0> show route advertising-protocol bgp 123.255.91.101 match-prefix 216.12.192.0/19

inet.0: 732114 destinations, 5186911 routes (729990 active, 0 holddown, 104121 hidden)
Prefix Nexthop MED Lclpref AS path
* 216.12.192.0/19 Self 0 I

looking glass of HGC shows that this routes is no learnt from hkg while we are adv to HGC.

Looking Glass Results: rs-hk.ibeo.hgc-intl.com
Query: bgp route

show ip bgp 216.12.192.019

Good to know, thank you Fitzy.

There's anything i can do or just sit down and wait?

Stop being childish.

They answered multiple times in the main thread, they even went so far as to relocate the server to bypass the original problem (which wasn't the server to begin with)
