i imagine its from a strongbox that gives extra quality, and it already had max or a high amount and so it went over its 20% cap?

Maybe. Im here since essence league and never knew about 20+ quality items (except beast rec). Nobody ever mentioned before such thing. There are items on trade up to +30 quality and it blows my mind right now.
