Purchased Supporter Pack under Wrong Account

I just purchased the Shadowstalker Supporter Pack, but I was logged into my secondary account [Removed by Support]. I would really like to have these points and other effects of the pack transferred to my main account [Removed by Support]. Please tell me that we can remedy this situation! I sent an email to support, but I am posting this here in hopes of getting a quick response so..
