This rangerDangerr shouldn´t be even allowed to even be even playing this game at all. He is certainly not one of a player I would have in my Group and playing with.
Why can´t he even be able to just make this thread and just ask and explain nicely what is happening here, and just ask the Devs here to please look into this matter.
But no, rangerDangerr is just lashing out here and BAM, DANG! expecting for staff to do things ASAP!!! And in fact you are just being very rude in general.

in fact your tone rangerDangerr and the way you put this forth here on this forum, made me in fact think that if I were a Moderator or some kind of thing here, I would in fact consider to 1st: Ban you completely from this Site/Forum denying you access for a full month, and 2nd: Not only that, but I would in fact shut you completely out from accessing even the game for an entire month as well. And if that wasn´t enough, maybe just shut you out as in permanently.
And that would just be for a starters.
