Implement Lab rewards for race events lasting one week+

I was informed today that there are no race labyrinth rewards for finishing fastest each day in race leagues, despite there being a 'labyrinth ladder' for the race on the official site.

I can understand this for regular 2 or 3 hour races, but for any race lasting one week or more, the lack of prizes means no emperor jewels in circulation for the duration which just hurts build diversity.

It seems like the data is obviously available given that the ladder exists, so the lack of rewards may just be an oversight that hasn't been considered up until now?
