Brine King quest bugged, could not progress without killing again

Hello,

I'm doing the Incursion Flashback SSF event (taking it slow because work, etc). At the end of Act 6 the following transpired:

1. Fight Brine King as usual, defeat him.
2. Sin lands (Tsoagoth!)
3. Roth never shows up on his ship.
4. Sin doesn't allow me to access my Pantheon. Pressed Y to show it, Brine King's node is still greyed out.
5. Quest state still says "Defeat the Brine King."
6. Waypoint for Bridge Encampment in Act 7 is visible but inaccessible due to quest state.

I'm getting off for the night but I guess I'll have to try and kill him again. Not a HUGE deal to me, more of a minor annoyance, but this could be devastating to competitors.
