Soul of Arakaali questions

Hey exiled mates
I wonder if Soul of Arakaali enhanced with "50% increased Recovery of Life and Energy Shield if you've stopped taking Damage Over Time Recently" work in such scenario 1) Righteous Fire is on 2) setup Cast when damage taken + Blood Rage + Immortal Call has been triggered so will it count as "stopping DoT recently"?I guess it won't as RF is still on. If you're still taking damage over time, you have not stopped taking damage over time. You have just reduced the amount of damage over time you're taking.

And last question regarding. I have Righteous Fire on,88% fire resistance,ruby flask and legacy Divination Distillate +6% max resistances,full life.Then I will pop both ruby and DD flask - will Soul of Arakaali kick in?I think it should as for a brief milisecond my fire resistance will go up to 100%,therefore I'll stop taking DoT damage.Right? If you are on both full life and full mana, you will not be able to use a Hybrid flask with no instant effects. If you're missing some mana, it should work.
