Over 100% minion damage on staff?

I have bought a 2-hand staff with the mod "minions deal 135% increased damage".
From looking at 4 different websites listing all mods available for staffs, I can't find increased minion damage anywhere except for when you essence craft, giving you a significantly lower result. I have checked all the masters, but they don't sell staffs with minion damage either. The poe wiki also gives me nada. So how is it that I see people selling staffs with this mod? " YES! Thank you! It's strange that the temple mods don't appear on the standard mods page of poedb for "staves" when all the other categories (elder, shaper, etc) do. Path of Excel warrior
