[3.3 Incursion ] Scion WildStrike (Help?)

ok, so i wanted to try and make a build to at least better myself on making new builds or crazy builds, yet i do not know what i am missing, originally, this was going to be a Reave build, but then i chose Wild strike for some odd reason.

I would not mind if this gets critiqued or bashed, but for the progress of the damage, i am a bit happy, but everything else could be a bit better, as well as gearing and gems.
