Blood Offering not providing 50% Minion Bonus

Couldn't find anything on this, but is it bugged? It doesn't show up under Minion Damage Modifier.

Blood Offering provides a bonus to your minions, not to yourself. Unless you have the Mistress of Sacrifice ascendancy, it will not affect your character in any way.

I know it doesn't have an effect on myself, but I figured it would still show the Minion Damage Modifier % change under the Misc tab?

No. It does not give you the "minion damage" stat. It gives your minions the "damage" stat.
