Need opinion about this dual RAT LA build

I have found Chin Sol recently and decided to try some build for it. Since it seems to work nicely with totems (close range damage boost), I planned out this build.

I know it's too high on points, but I guess I would choose what to take first based on what I need at the time.

Basically I'd like to know if there's anything in the build that would not work (I assume Range Attack totem works with Iron Grip), and if Range Attack totems attack speed penalty is manageable.
