User interface (life, flasks, skills) will reset to its original locations

I use the resize user interface option because the default position makes me feel claustrophobic. Even on the max setting the UI is still way too in ym face, but that's not what I'm here for.

If the game crashes it will reset to its default settings (and it crashes frequently enough to make this annoying). More recently it started resetting when you log out, exit the game, and then come back in at a later date. But it's not consistent.

It's really annoying, I hate having to reset it every single time.
