game crashes 5 seconds after loading

I load into the game in Sarn and exactly 5 seconds later the game crashes every time. i cant play now after the new patch

It sounds like some of the files on your local console may have ended up in a bad state. Please try power cycling your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds first. If your problem continues after power cycling please try re-installing the game client.

update: i can only acces one character. its a juggernaut loading into oriath. everythings fine. thae character that crashes is a raider. its holding doomfletch. it crashes before sarn even loads so now i cant capture it. i can login and select her but after that its done. was totally fine before the patch.

this is not file related.
this is engine related. PC is affected, too. |
