why do we not get the t-shirt and cloth map from subjugator supporter?

I get that it's 'cheaper to reflect that' but how the hell else am I supposed to get them.

Are we at least allowed to buy divination cards if I want to upgrade to dominator at some point? Or is our money not good enough for that either.

This is very likely due to Microsoft not allowing developers to do so through their equipment. GGG has been adamant that they want everything on Xbox and PC to be exactly the same and for the most part, the only time that differs is due to technical concerns or issues with policies.
