TiLL level 92 I played with Femurs of the Saints 6 Links(it cost 4 ex): Vaal Skeletones+minion damage+maim+multistrike+meely phys dmg+ and Minion Speed Gem The main problem is bosses like the Phoenix who kill with aoe skill my minions, but i create new) Later I will update this build.
