Orb of Storms + Curse on Hit + curse not applying curse

The setup is in my shaper gloves that have trap support so that may be the cause. I am able to cast OoS no problem and it is not shown as being supported by trap support.

Your curse gem is supported by Trap from the shaper mod, therefore it cannot be triggered by Curse on Hit.
