Swift Affliction Support "r" does not interact with Righteous Fire

I tried to use Swift Affliction Support with RF, and the little 'r' character did not show up on the RF skill icon.

Supports any skill that has a duration, or can hit enemies to inflict ailments on them.
RF is no duration | |

If you use Arcane Surge, however, with Swift Affliction, it does apply to Righteous Fire.
