how we know if we are banned?

Several days i cannot play in my account, so i switched to my girlfriend and the game works fine.
. why this? how i change the situation?
. help me.

Did you do something banworthy?
If yes then you had it coming.

If no then contact support with email.

Tell them you cant log in and your usernames email etc.

They usually reply in a few hours.

i made a post on bug report about this.
my account on xbox is perfect with no issues.


i enter in the game, with any char. i can do everything with NPCS and players. but if i go to any waypoint or hideout the game enter into infinity loadscreem. but in other account the game work normal.
