loading screen bug (oriath docks)

After entering the oriath docks (town in act 10 I got stuck forever in the loading screen. I didn't get a bug report or an error message. I tried restarting multiple times but it wouldn't help. Please help! Thanks for your help!

I'm having similar issue while doing dailies in my HO ... I got stucked in loading screen ... and I need to restart game...
Even after restart I am again in loading screen ...

I have the same problem with maps or hideouts. I started a shaper map and i was stucked in the Loading Screen Forever. This happend to me twice a Day.

Same problem but with early zones, The Caverns in act 2 and The Pyramid (or whatever it is called; after The Caverns). At first it was the pyramid and after I restarted and tried again a couple of times i couldn't even get in the caverns. Hopefully we get a fix/bypass soon.


I've read on a different thread, that talks about the same problem, that if you mute all sounds (except item filter) that the problem might go away, indicating that the problem is in "corrupted" sound files.
I've tried it and it works for now. Hope that helps you, too.

Happening to me at this point also.
Only instance i can switch is from Oriath to hideout.
All other are endless loading.

Same here. Happened to me in various locations now. Last was two times while entering Shavronne's Tower.
Loading screen just keeps loading.

Same here, one out of 4-5 maps I am stuck in a loading screen. Tried resrting the game, switching gateways and I even checked the game files via steam, but nothing seemed to help.

Happened on running maps from my hideout and even joining other players hideouts.

It seems as if waiting is the only option to bypass the problem. If i restart and imediately reenter the area, the same thing happens. If i let a bit of time pass by, i can enter the zone until half an hour later it gets stuck in another zone.
