If you mean that trading restrictions are still in place on your account, if you send an e-mail to support@grindinggear.com they should be able to fix that for you.

That's because you sent one e-mail, then their conversation with you had its place in the queue reset when you sent a second e-mail, then it dropped down to the end of the queue when you sent them e-mail number three. If you want them to respond, stop sending them e-mails.
