Red Elder down - No completion !?

Hi everybody, I just killed Red Elder (Sunken City Map - T15) and didn't get the Shaper's Memory Fragment nor the Elder completion quest.
I made and bought all thoses maps for the quest completion and didn't get it... How Why ? What did I do wrong? Thanks Last bumped on Jun 18, 2018, 3:13:32 PM

You have to do the unstable phase correctly (keep shaper alive). It’s dumb that the quest has these undocumented extra requirements...

" During the portal phase, all of the little mobs will try to kill the Shaper (he moves around the edge of the map). You either have to kill all of those mobs fast or block the Shaper. He has ES that will regen, so he can take a few hits here and there. If you don't have the AOE/DPS to burn them down, you can throw a frost wall in front of Shaper to block for him. |
