Best thing you have gotten from incursions?

When i focus on clearing incursions afret leaving it i get loot pinata. Most of my items comes from there.
Temple tho is way different. Todaye i had Map Tier III and this is wha i found: I guess it is haromised with my current Atlas. But still... Rather meh. Not even maps i lack on Atlas. |

Not specifically incursion loot but this leagues has been very very rewarding for me.
The Piscator's I corrupted myself. I found these on my first ever Abyss (day 2). I have also found and sold a Bisco's amulet, a Kaom's heart (perfect roll), Esh's Mirror in a temple breach and some other misc drops. I also managed to get: "Never argue with an idiot. They will take you down to their level and beat you trough experience."

So far nothing special really, 20 - 30 chaos orbs, made thanks to chaos recipe. Quite often whole "chaos set" drops from incursion. Plenty of worthless uniques, all used for 5 for 1 prophecy. When it comes to temple... one nice unique onyx amul (+79 to life, +5% life, some other stats), one usefull corrupted ring with good stats, everything else - crap, crap, crap. Very poor loot, even Uber lab can do better:)
But I'm only on T8-10 incursion at th emoment, so maybe on red maps there will be better loot. Chosen wrong league starter and around lvl 85 discovered, my "super-duper-shaper-killed-in-few-shots build" is really great... after I invest 20ex to it, but beefore it... it is crap. Had to start another, cheap, tanky, chaos resistant and "incursion capable" character, currently on lvl 80, I estimate on lvl 87-8 will be T13-15 incursion ready:) |

The knowledge that it's just free XP.
No good drops out of any incursion or temple. In fact, they've all be really bad or worse. Most not worth picking up. Did manage to do a double corrupt on a Kaom's heart, it didn't change at all. just corrupted. I guess some lucky folks are getting some nice items. I've yet to see anything. But the XP is pretty reasonable. The timer on the rooms is utter shit though. I can be actively exploding packs at a time and watch as the timer ticks down, seemingly unaffected by kills at all. |

Honestly, the fun and experience of doing the incursions. Yes, you might be better off (especially HC) just playing normally, but haven't you dont that same content over and over?
Best I got were leveling items, level 12 2h axewith added 200 elemental damage or something insane, and similar sceptre for casters with +60 damage to spells and +79% lightning damage around level 20. They were better than unique until level 60 or so. |
