6L Inpulsa disappeared???!

I just logged in after about 4-5 hours of being logged off, and I have logged into my character without my 6L inpulsa equipped, and nowhere to be found in my stash.

Further, I've lost a good amount of lvl 19/20 gems that were equipped in the chest.

Is there any way to trace what might have happened??

Things to disclude:

I was still at my computer, just not in PoE
It is the only item missing (along with the gems) - I have my exalt and chaos still.
I am (99.9% i guess?) positive i did not vendor it.
