My build has one annoying weakness

I combined Deaths Oath Occ with Oro Flicker and Volkuurs Guidance for something that clears fast and is fairly good against bosses since the poison scales alright. My one weakness though is the "Allies cant die" mod on rares because I cant target them reliably with flicker and that messed up multiple incursions for me. Now how on earth do I get around that?

I think Obviously you need melee splash.
Else use a totem.
