I Solved the Huge lag after last update of Windows 10

Hi
After last update of Windows 10, my game was freeze too many time (the screen also freeze) and
FPS drop from 210 to 0 , suddenly even if I move in my HO

(I update my Nvidia Derive nothing happen)

I follow this step in YouTube
it solved the lag in the game and become fast like before update

Just I did the step 1,2 and 3 (until 3:33 in YouTube) + update my Nvidia Driver

I just want to tell the problem come back again, and the game is too heavy on my PC , especially when play in groups , too too lag

I did only part A

A) Download and install the DirectX Software Development Kit from the link http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=B66E14B8-8505-4B17-BF80-EDB2DF5ABAD4&displaylang=en


Now all my PC become too fast and the game become too fast even in full party.
I don't know why the last update of windows 10 current the my Direct X
