You will get some Passive Skill Refund points for doing quests or you can use orb of regrets but changing passives is limited (might be expensive).

Iknow that but I spent passive skill points in a bad way and waisted them.My question is how can rearrange those passive skill points? Someone said somethint about a patch 0.11.0 which gives a chance to choose points in a new root?
