So basically,

This can be rerolled to try to get higher rolls than the bottom 20% mana, and the 14-13-14 can be rerolled to hopefully get the 15-15-15 as well. Thank you for the answer and the consideration to not be an asshat.

If said new person had any sort of intelligence at all, unlike Zalm, they would understand that what I said was very reasonable, if perhaps a bit harsh. Said new player would agree that opening one's fucking eyes and reading the very clear item descriptions is the best advice possible.
