I had a somewhat specific question about levelling. I know you mention the FAQ and questions on every page, so forgive me if I've missed this anywhere, but I checked the thread, as well as the PoB file and didn't see it anywhere. This tree has a quite a few branches, but which order do you unlock them in? What keystones are you pushing for first? Do you head straight for the Witch starting location to begin with? When do you pick up smaller branches, such as the ones which end in Unnatural Calm, Influence, Charisma, etc. How high of a priority is Blood magic (and the nodes behind it)? I'm using this build to support a dedicated party, and some of them aren't too experienced with proper min-maxing, gear-buying, etc. This means I'm going to be levelling at their pace rather than rushing to the endgame and I'll also need to grow my carry support gradually along the way to keep them going. ;) So this really helps quite a bit, since I'll know where I ought to be at various level milestones and can gear/skill appropriately as we go.
