Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - [NOT A BUG] No memory fragment from T12 Elder while had 14/15 fragments - Forum - Path of Exile

Had 14/15 memory fragments. Killed Elder on T12 map (Castle Ruins) and no memory fragment was dropped. I'm playing solo, no parties, map was opened by myself.
