Had 14/15 memory fragments. Killed Elder on T12 map (Castle Ruins) and no memory fragment was dropped. I'm playing solo, no parties, map was opened by myself.

update:
before Elder fight, atlas stated that Castle Ruins occupied by Elder has memory fragment.

I didn't know that, thanks for information! Shaper didn't survive, thats why i not received my XV fragment.
It is sad that XV memory fragment is a DPS check now (because to defend Shaper you need serious DPS).
