[Skill Interaction] Arcane Surge does not trigger while linked to CWDT (Manual Cast)

I believe it's a bird in one hand or the other - you could do that, or PM Support asking them to move it back. If I were in your shoes, I would do as you say, reposting it in bug reports.

However, again if I were in your shoes, I'd change the thread title to read something like "Arcane Surge does not trigger on supported active skill" and clarify that you believe CWDT to be preventing this interaction because it disables Arcane Surge when put in the link-up, despite the fact that CWDT is NOT supporting the active skill. I dunno, something that makes it clear that CWDT is not Supporting the active skill is probably important to keep the thread from being moved again, I'd say.
